LemonSoft provides a cloud-based loan management platform designed for NBFCs, small banks, microfinance institutions, and other lending organizations. Our Service includes:

• Customer onboarding and KYC management • Loan application processing and approval workflows • EMI calculation and payment tracking • Document management and storage • Reporting and analytics dashboards • Role-based access control and user management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

**Registration**: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

**Free Plan**: Our free plan is available for small-scale use with limited features. No credit card is required for the free plan.

**Paid Plans**: Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

**Account Security**: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

**Your Responsibility**: You are solely responsible for: • The accuracy and legality of Your Data • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data processing • Compliance with applicable data protection laws and RBI guidelines • Maintaining appropriate backups of critical data

**Our Use**: We will not access, use, or disclose Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise specified in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

**Service Provided "As Is"**: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

**No Guarantee**: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

**Limitation**: In no event shall LemonSoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

**Maximum Liability**: Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

**By You**: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
